Postage Rates Increase:

Postage rates will be increasing by $0.03 per letter for Docs Ready, Neighbor Letters & First Class early next month!

Our prepayment option has been turned off and will be unavailable until 6/24/2022.

With that, we are urging/recommending you to get your orders placed and list ready to be mailed out ASAP!

Here’s how to take advantage of the current rate + 10%:

  1. Prepare your files (Excel list & word template or Merged PDF)
  2. Place your order now and through 6/23/2022
  3. Approve your PDF proof before the 28th

If you cannot prepare your files, and get your orders placed before 6/23/2022 – you may still take advantage of the current rate as long as your orders are in and PDFs approved by 7/5/2022.

These are strict deadlines.

Orders placed before this message (as prepayments) do not worry we’ll honor your order as requested and you may as usual upload your files once they’re ready!

Envelopes:

We’re is officially back to using our original #10 white envelopes as of 5/27/2022!

Nothing changes on your end – You may continue to place your orders as usual!

As of 6/7 we’ve paused new orders for Concierge Data, we experienced a large influx of orders over the past weeks and efforts to get everyone’s existing order completed – We’re beefing up our staff and we also have a new variation of Concierge in the works!
