Do you have a question for Jack & Jill or a deal you’d like them to review? One of the best resources as a Land Academy member is the weekly opportunity to submit questions to be answered live.
How does this work? At the beginning of the webinar, our staff will turn on the Q&A function in zoom. Questions for Jack & Jill and deals for review should be submitted here. Please use the Chat function to communicate with others on the call or reach staff directly.
When submitting deals for review, please use the following format:

Reminder regarding Acquisition and Sales Fees:
Please don’t forget to incorporate both Acquisition and Sale escrow/title fees into your bottom line (net profit).
When opening an Acquisition escrow, ask for all of the fees you will be charged as an estimated net sheet (normally both buyer and seller sides).
When opening a Sale escrow also ask for your closing fees
**Remember you normally only pay the seller’s side on a Sale escrow.
DON’T FORGET you can ask for an investor discount whether buying or selling and you will usually be given one!! More money in your pocket!!

Newbie here – Just wanted to post a quick note for the new newbies. Did my first mailing (only 2400 pieces) in mid-October. The response was overwhelming – turned down 12 properties and committed to 5 to buy. I only concentrated on 1–5-acre parcels to get my feet wet and to understand the process. Closing today on my 1 of 5 that I am purchasing. The rest will close in the next 2-3 weeks. I will post again when we sell these. GET THAT MAIL OUT!!
